With over 13 years of experience in project management, product management, Project Management Office (PMO), and Testing & Quality Assurance, Aya specializes in the electronic payment industry. Throughout her career, Aya has worked on diverse projects for banks and financial institutions globally, including Canada, UK, Europe, Africa, Jordan, and Australia, both on-site and remotely.At S2M, Aya is currently working as a delivery manager for almost 5 years, focusing on improving the company's product management practices. In 2020, Aya created the product management department, with a primary goal of ensuring seamless integration of new products with existing platform SELECTSYSTEM®. She analyzes the impact of the products/services on current systems, analysing the schemes enhancements (Visa, MasterCard, etc) and taking in charge the specifications and documentations for the new platform SELECT-PX®, as well as for new products and services, including strategic projects.Before joining S2M, Aya began her career at Carta worldwide, starting in Testing/Quality Assurance, where she led the QA team for over 4 years. Then, she moved into project management, leading the technical project management (TPM) team for 4 years, where she managed all Carta projects and clients from all over the world.But Aya's not just all about work. She loves to travel and has been to more than 30 countries! In addition to her business pursuits, Aya has delved into various domains, including managing tourism activities with the association "tourisme chez l'habitant in France" and managing guest reservations for Airbnb hosts in Fez and working in collaboration with English centers catering to American students that comes to Morocco to learn Arabic language.Being a mom to two boys is a big part of Aya's life too. She's always making sure to balance her work with her family. And even though she's done a lot, she's still open to learn more and take on new challenges in project management, product management, and beyond.
