The topic of my work was under the umbrella of process analytics, where we discovered knowledge from event logs in the healthcare domain that may help us in improving business process. The objective of our work was to:1. Solve the problem of “Unstructured Models” known as “Spaghetti Model” that are hard to understand and comprehend through Trace Clustering.2. Find correlations between Workflow expressed as process models and Control flow expressed as graphs by generating subgraphs.So we performed the following:1. Clustering the profile matrix containing different characteristics of the patients using k means so we can group the patients having same characteristics together.2. Generate for each cluster a process model to understand the process behavior.3. Mine these models generated to get the most frequent sub-models and zoom our work on.4. Apply simple classification tree to help us in analyzing the patient’s behavior and generate rules that could benefit us.Softwares used: R studio, ProM, Subdue, R, Rattle. Show less
