LTD.January 2013 – Present, Nagpur• I am posted at Nagpur (Maharashtra) 24 x 7 Water Supply Project For Nagpur City, Ensure SOP are followed, adherence to the store system and Zero discrepancy in audit.• Leading to 15 members of store team and labour• Maintain 7 Nos. of Stores & take care of around 30 Cr. Inventory of OCW/OCH•Ensure update all record in proper way like materials receipt, materials issued, issued return, assets and scrap materials record• Educate to our team about ERP system and stores process• Ensure update materials receipt, issued and issued return on day to day basis in ERP system • Materials planning as per consumption base• Maintain optimum stock level• Proper stock stacking & Maximum space utilization• Scrap material utilization• Physical verification of OCH & OCW stock as per ABC analysis• Ensure update Online stock of OCH & OCW in ERP System• Maintain a store team and work distribution• Maintain to around 130 subcontractors and OCW zone issued. • Reports: - MIS, DRA, Stock Statement and Materials Receipt & Consumption.• Physical verification report of OCH & OCW half yearly • Maintain Contractor and Zone wise materials issued report• Team leader of IIMS Project (MM)• Maintain Documentation of stores• Ensure minimum handling damages in stores. • Daily monitoring to Stores activities• Have best housekeeping norms implemented in store.• Training and Educated to the staff about store and ERP systems
