I feel the most joy when I make things better and easier for people to do the jobs and get more things done. When my team member says, “You made my job so easy!”, I feel great! I enjoy working as a team, sharing goals & visions, and making the progress together. I believe that people can learn from anything. There is no “useless” experience, you can just change your attitude towards it. I was working in Japan selling and trading commodities and now I am in the States and in a different industry. However, everything I learned and experience there formed myself and I can view things differently. At the same time, I find the common values in business and people that never changes.
