My biggest enthusiasm includes evaluating complex issues to identify opportunities for growth and maximization of positive outcomes. I have worked with individuals, families, small businesses, schools, and various local organizations both virtually and in-person. I have proven experience in resolving conflicts and completing projects under deadline while staying logical and empathetic to assess and manage the situation best. With my strong creative problem-solving skill, I have successfully turned around the parties in dispute and helped improve communication techniques. I am a quick learner and research lover who go above and beyond to give people a better experience. I strongly believe in conflict resolution and restorative justice, and have extensive volunteer experience healing communities.
