Having built and worked with startups over the past 7 years, I have learned and currently re-learning everything I know about starting and working in one, that I know. I am driven by the progress made in Africa and how problems can be solved using modern tech. I've played the role of founder, product, operations, support staff, account executive, marketing, business and market development roles throughout my career and have managed the pinpoint the following about myself: - I excel at thinking/executing big ideas on constraints- Understanding the customer in order to better serve them- While I have complete trust in my instincts, I seek supporting data for my decisions/thinking- I enjoy meeting people from different perspectives, to learn, "What's Next?"- I love victories, but winning as (and in) a team is much better. As a result, I love aligning teams and people towards our goals. All these experiences have led me to bring new products to market, new use cases for existing products/services, and work with B2B/B2C/B2B2C companies, in marketing, operations, and growth efforts to assist in revenue generation. Outside of work, I am an "aspirant" writer and building "Re Di Kgosigadi Foundation" into an organisation that seeks to care for and upskill previously disadvantaged homeless women and professional (armchair) rugby head coach. My key interests are with people, emerging technology and solving problems using data in Africa - I would be happy to share/trade perspectives.
