• Responsibility over community relations: Initiation and execution of voluntary activities in the community.
• Support cross- organizational processes, such as; Performance Development, Organization survey, management courses etc
• Identifying training needs and coordinating professional training courses.
• Working closely with HR corporate in the U.S.

• Characterization of job requirements with managers, professional focal point to hiring managers during the recruitment process, providing sourcing solutions, conducting evaluation centers and in-depth interviews.

• Management of over 12 recruitment specialists – professional training and mentoring team leaders and agents during recruitment process.
• Design and implementation of employee evaluation process.
• Management internal mobilization of employees.
• Establishment of HR policies.
• Overall responsibility of all employees' care issues including production of company's events.
• Establishment of the Life Sciences field from scratch: market analysis, identifying potential customers and candidates and providing candidates to life science companies' positions.
