Employment Coordinator at "Siftach" program for Students with Disabilities at the Hebrew University on behalf of the JDC-TEVET 'Siftach' is a unique program developed by JDC-Tevet which provides Employment Consulting for Students and recently graduates with variety of Disabilities.The program exists in over 10 leading Academic Institutes across Israel and offers individual meetings for Students with Disabilities who are trying to integrate into the Workforce.The program consists of: -Improving necessary Skills required in the current and changing Workforce. -Preparation for Interviews, writing Resumes, and referral to relevant services.-Setting and managing Career goals-Creating connections with businesses-Helping to define the right adjustments if needed in the work-space according to the Disability

"Yachad" center is a unique therapy center inside Ariel school, which provides psychotherapy treatments for the children who studies in Ariel school and for their parents. The therapist team includes art therapy, animal assisted therapy, movement therapy and social workers. During my work as an animal assisted therapist I gave individual therapy for children with emotional difficulties, and group therapy with co-theapist.
