I am extremely fascinated by the many facets of engineering and would love to explore the field more. From data analysis to on-hands development, I wish to gain experience in a multitude of roles to find the right fit for me.While working as a tutor at OSU, I am able to learn from my students as much as they learn from me In this position, I have learned how to best explain concepts that the course glosses over. I try to make the environment as conducive to learning as possible and meeting the student where they're currently at. Whether this means providing supplemental material tailored to their specific needs or carefully going over topics again, I am committed to ensuring that my students leave the session with a better understanding of something. It doesn't matter if it simply realizing that these courses are difficult for everyone or understanding that their current approach isn't ideal - growth is still growth.
