I'm passionate about helping people do their best work and feel good while doing it too. I'm a down-to-earth psychotherapist, coach (executives & groups), and organisational consultant working in London and remotely. I work part-time as the Senior Staff Counsellor at LSE, managing the staff counselling service and seeing clients. Bringing a decade of staff and student HE mental health experience, I serve on the executive committee of the BACP Universities and Colleges division (Chair of Staff Counselling). Aware that my clients were struggling with similar issues and knowing the power of group work for connection and personal development, I started running groups and facilitating workshops. My specialism is supporting women and racially minoritised groups so they can do their best work while maintaining their wellbeing and authenticity. I've gone a step further to work at a systemic level in organisations. I'm at the final stage of an MA in Consulting and Leadership to improve working life through consultancy with a systems-psychodynamics and intersectional approach. My combined psycho-social training means I don't ignore the impact that society has on our personal and professional lives (BA Hons in Social and Political Sciences, Cambridge University).
