Define the customer and learners' needs and their relationship to the customer’s business objectives and issues, as described by the Project Manager. External clients: Ernst and Young, British Petroleum, ABB, Michelin. Internal clients: Xerox Customer Care Explain how the specific project interrelates with the other initiatives, to improve the customer’s business needs, as described by the account manager and/or project manager. Link the needs analysis results to the learning objectives and training approaches when implementing the design established by the Sr. Instructional Designer. Create detailed design documentation including storyboards, Development and Delivery Phase. Identify and validate instructional content by working with subject matter experts. Organize the content into effective and appropriate groupings that logically flow throughout the course. Build instruction so that the learners practice applying core competencies and learning objectives within the training. Create and transform training materials into WBL/video components by re-creating detailed visually enhanced storyboards, video scripts, immersive and scenario-based training, and other advanced learning methodologies to meet the needs of the learners.Perform content analysis, editing, re-structuring for documents and course materials within the Xerox document repository - ‘Methodology Central’.Perform appropriate graphic selection and development/editing for WBL/ILT courses adhering to client standards and Xerox guidelines.Conduct Quality Assurance on training materials such as ILT, WBL, handbooks, posters, and DTP documents for clients such as British Petroleum, Michelin and Ernst and Young.Undertake course development and template design using the Authoring Tool - Articulate Storyline2.
