General Manager (MAB) of State Bank of India, Bengal Circle. Map markets / segments to target profile in order to identify untapped resources / new opportunities. Responsible for sourcing of large retail & corporate Merchant along with Govt Businesses independently. Responsible for Terminal wise profitability through acquiring & payment gateway. Achieve high percentage of customer satisfaction and retention, dispute resolution. Handling a team of 70 Sales & Relationship executives for retail sourcing. Maintaining close interaction with regulators, bank fraud & cyber crime department of Kolkata Police. Responsible for Training of PO’s, Clerks. Vendor Management: Prizm, ATOS-World line.  Processing of Merchant Proposal forms & Card Applications received from channels. Hold targets on approval rates and other quality parameters (DSA False promises, Misinformation cases, SE Frauds etc). Ensure all Sales processes implemented are at par with 100% of Bank’s Credit Norms.  Coordination of Merchant Service Team for Installation EDC Machines within stipulated TAT. Coordination with the Branches for linking of Current A/C with EDC Terminals. Close interaction with local Risk / Fraud Control Unit /Application Fulfillment unit to sort out Quality related & Process related issues. Quality Checking of all Merchant proposal forms & Card applications as per the Credit & Risk Policy.
