 Processing of Merchant Proposal forms & Card Applications received from channels. Hold targets on approval rates and other quality parameters (DSA False promises, Misinformation cases, SE Frauds etc). Ensure all Sales processes implemented are at par with 100% of Bank’s Credit Norms.  Coordination of Merchant Service Team for Installation EDC Machines within stipulated TAT. Coordination with the Branches for linking of Current A/C with EDC Terminals. Close interaction with local Risk / Fraud Control Unit /Application Fulfillment unit to sort out Quality related & Process related issues. Quality Checking of all Merchant proposal forms & Card applications as per the Credit & Risk Policy.
