As an account manager at American Security & Investigations (ASI), I oversee and support the security guards at the assigned site, maintain a strong relationship with the client, and manage the payroll and scheduling processes. I have been working in the security industry for over seven years, starting as a security guard and advancing to shift supervisor and site supervisor roles at different companies.I am currently pursuing an associate degree in business administration from North Hennepin Community College, with the goal of enhancing my skills and knowledge as an account manager. I have also developed sales and marketing skills, as I am responsible for securing and renewing contracts with clients, and promoting ASI's services and reputation in the market. I am passionate about providing high-quality security services, ensuring client satisfaction, and leading and training my team.
