I am a person who believes in out and out professional approach to industrial problems, espicially those which have an international appeal. Well having said that, these very firms need people who are diligent and can dish out appropriate services in a much more lucid way. Hence communication in a very professional and ethical sense with clients is what most of the companies are looking out for in these days and I think I am just the right person tho fit properly into such roles. I have worked in diverse fields starting from my undergraduation and post graduation at NIT Rourkela, as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at Hindalco Industries Ltd. and here currently during pursuing MBA-BA at IIM Ranchi. I took up Computational Fluid Dynamics and used it as a tool through Ansys software to determine the competitive performance of Ladle Shroud refractory. This was during my final year research project.As a GET at Hindalco, I was responsible for manpower, material management for Pot Startup activities in the Reduction area of Smelter. I also worked with the Anode Baking Furnace Department where my role was to monitor the Flue Wall relining, demolition and maintenance activity and look into the safety aspects of the job being done at height. Currently in MBA-BA course of IIM Ranchi, I have been delving deep into subjects like Data Management, Business Statistics, Marketing Management, Finance and managerial accounting and doing certifications from online platforms to keep up with changing dynamics of different industries.
