• Managing overall CyberSecurity demands for APAC region.• Working with delivery head, cluster delivery head, delivery manager and project managers for fulfilment of CyberSecurity demands.• Working with onsite talent acquisition and offshore talent acquisition to build skilled candidate pipeline from recruit/contract channels and also for open demands available.• Closely interacting with practice to understand the internal pool availability and proposing them against open demands available.• Understand frequent/niche skill demands and initiate proactive hiring process in advance to reduce TAT for fulfilment.• Interacting with sales and pre-sales to identify potential business and work accordingly on the fulfilment plan.• Involved in workforce planning, succession planning and Stakeholder management.• Responsible for workforce readiness supporting the Account Services team.• Identifing right resource to initiate allocation and billing process for revenue generation.• Managing utilization percentage and billing percentage for overall APAC region.• Reduction of offshore and onsite bench.• Prepering relevant reports to project the challenging areas and working on roadmap to initiate fulfilment.

• Process owner for all Entry Level Trainee (ELT) MANAGEMENT processes from demand creation to allocation• Complete reporting (MIS) for ELT management • Also forecasting attrition for adequate supply building through campus and off campus channels• GAP ANALYSIS to understand skill and location wise GAP between demand and supply for better fulfilment at organisation level.• To analyse the top skills required and place request with academy team for building right supply as per business demand.• Work closely with academy (Training Team) for having the right supply at right time.• On a day to day basis connect with HR team in order to help resolve issues i.e location constraints etc for better operations• Connect with business POC to understand the current demand and changes if any, to address those challenge

• Hiring the right talent across different colleges in EAST region.• EAST region i.e West Bengal, Orissa, Jharkhand, Bihar, Chhattisgarh and complete North East is covered. • Government Engineering, Private Engineering, BCA, BSC, MSC, MCA, B.Com, BBA and Diploma are different streams of hiring done.• Multiple candidate engagement activities for the hires are being organized during the campus hiring session.• Taking active part with Leader’s to strategies on the process to be formulated for hiring different streams. • Working with Leader’s to strategies on the process to liquidate the inventory i.e hired candidates. • Working closely with the respective Finance Managers to take appropriate measures to control the cost of the campus hiring event.• Working with operations team to mobilize the best panels i.e Technical or HR within the location.• Working closely with audit team so that no wrong infiltration happens within the organization and also a deserving candidate does not loose on opportunity.• Managing the entire goodies stock sent to the region for use during campus events and also during the engagement activities.

• Projecting the top level management the view of supply and demand on a regular basis• Maintaining entire fresher database across the organization- 20000 employee(approx.)• Preparing MIS reports with different viewpoints as per requirement.• Preparing the top and bottom accounts dashboard- Monthly. Pivots & Snap shot are used to project numbers.• Facilitate any adhoc requirement on fresher related data. Pie charts, Bar graph are used extensively and then the same is transformed into PPT.• Acting as SPOC for Business Unit’s for end to end staffing needs i.e planning employee intake, posting location planning after training, setting project deployment lead time deadlines. • Meeting employees on a regular basis to know their concern relating to project allocation.• Meeting workforce management SPOC on regular basis to generate more demand for allocating fresher’s from free pool.• Meeting in person or setting up calls with delivery manager’s or project manager’s regarding fresher allocation. And also take feedback from delivery to know how allocated fresher’s are working in the project. • On a daily basis check on open demands and fulfill those demands with appropriate employee available in pool, if exact skill match employee are not available then getting the nearest matching skill employee and proposing for the open position and follow up for closure.• Employee transfer done based on business needs with approval from my end.• Meeting fresh joinees when they join the organization i.e. 3 times during their training if off-location set up call and brief employee about the project allocation procedure, transfer policy and the online portals available for the employee for their benefit and most importantly making fresher’s aware who they should contact when they are in need of project.• Keep a check on ageing employee in the system and try to allocate them project asap, also first level HR escalation is taken care.
