This involves strategic partnership with business units, addressing employee concerns, managing performance, and ensuring smooth operational processes such as headcount management and exit interviews along with Zero Tolerance violations.Project Deliverables - 1• Align HR strategies with business goals.Advise on workforce planning, employee relations, engagement and talent management.2•Resolve HR queries via e-ticketing system and Ensure timely and accurate responses.3• Conduct Internal Job posting interviews for employees.4•Address and resolve employee concerns fairly to Ensure compliance with policies and legal requirements.5•Oversee performance appraisals andSupport managers in goal setting and feedback.6• Conduct exit interviews and Zero tolerance violations termination. Analyze data for trends and improvement areas.
