1. Maintaining Supplier's Bills, Purchase Order & GRN and Contract files. Passing of all bills other than food bills.2.Follow up of bills with various depts. and booking of bills before 8th of every month.3. Follow up of bills for any advance payment made.5.Scrutiny of Sundry Creditor's Ledger on a monthly basis by the 10th of every month.6.Removing payment advice on a daily basis as per the payment schedule.7.Up to date filing of all the records.8.Co-ordination skill with various departments.
