1. Timely receipt and issue of materials to Job Work Vendors and making Material Transfer challans through SAP.2. SAP posting of Materials Issued to Production dept. as per demand slip.3. Prepare GRN (Cardex) of incoming materials in the Factory.4. Maintain stock; implement storage system of Guard / Blade / O Ring area including Identification, Easy handling of materials, visual controls.5. Maintaining proper storage system and stock of Guard / Blade / O ring.6. Maintain safety measures and cleanliness and identification of materials.7. Maintaining daily basis stock report and month wise excel spread sheet of materials as per requirement.8. Exposures to GRN & Issue procedures of SAP MM Module.UNITED BREWERIES LIMITED JOB ROLE: • Inventory Management in Store Area• Prepare GRN of inwards raw material, engineering spare, consumable commodities, hardware’s.• Proper Book and Physical stock maintenance. • Material Requirement planning per month basis as per the PGP planning.• Maintain the total database system of Store in Sap and Excel Sheet.• Preparing Purchase orders as per the requirements of user departments.• Creation of new Vendor in the system by SAP ESS.• Quotation checking, Making Comparative Sheet and vendor follow up with time by time in purchase department.• Purchase requisition creation as per the user department’s requirements.• Fleet management in warehouse.• SAP- Material Management T-Codes. • Maintain the G.O.B.Y Method and also follow the FIFO method in warehouse area.
