Acquisitions: Led Research and Development efforts to integrate technologies of (three) major Beauty Brand acquisitions within 3 years. Worked on all aspects of acquisition initiatives with a multi-functional team of internal experts and agencies.Research and Development: Led R&D efforts to develop a holistic Super Premium Consumer understanding that catalyzed a brand restage. Conducted in-depth qualitative and quantitative consumer research with Beauty Involved Consumers to develop segmentation models which provided the foundation for product models.
