Working in UCI’s Rose Lab to help genotype and maintain mice colonies in order to observe genetic patterns in their RNA

Analyzed scholarly articles and testimonials to create and edit pre-med coursework and 10-hour-long modules for freshman and sophomore college students across the country. Designed presentations on different medical specialties and mapped out progression paths for those interested in taking the MCAT.

Designed, tested and delivered polyaryletherketone samples to the manufacturing lab while researching under Dr. Tom Webster on nanomaterials for 3D printing spinal parts. Worked with contact angle machines and texture-analyzing software to conclude the efficacy of different methods of nanotexturing on medical devices.

Working alongside a public health Ph.D. student, I reviewed databases, analyzed scholarly articles, and compared recent statistical data reflecting the magnitude of menstrual poverty in India. Drew conclusions and created a research paper highlighting period poverty's mental and physical effects. Presented work at the Symposium of Rising Scholars.

Fulfilled and personalized orders alongside the CEO and CMO took account of inventory and sales. Improved the efficacy of hearing aid packages by pairing the hearing aids with new software before shipment. Helped distribute affordable and effective hearing aids to customers and employees and worked to improve the beta app.

As a summer Intern at the dental clinic, I worked on hands-on patient interaction, contacting insurance companies, and shadowing dental procedures. I managed the schedule, booked and called in patients, checked insurance and benefits, and helped the office maintain social distancing by controlling patient flow.
