The first Pilot testing and implementation was in small scale and it is being done in Kolkata and the main implementation is in progress at Kota, Rajasthan. I am taking care of all IT Integration part along with the Creation of the RF Mesh and handling the AMM named Application as well handling more than 150 technicians for field deployment on a daily basis. And as a added job needs to escalate and keep things in Progress in smooth way Coordinating with all the Client Member, Supervising and Executing the Full Project.Adding to it building and managing the IT infrastructure of our Shanta Synergies Group.As well leading multiple Smart water balancing project in Kolkata. (Nameing some of the clients which are Kolkata Municipal Corporation, Delhi Jal Board and PheD Newtown)
