As part of the Onboard Experience team for the Orlando station, my role consists of delivering a safe and compliant onboard guest experience while maintaining a consistent line of communication with our conductors. I support the Onboard Management team and railroad transportation team in daily onboard operations ensuring guest safety while training and developing Brightline’s Train Attendant team.

- Managed check-in, boarding, and baggage handling, ensuring smooth passenger flow and high customer satisfaction.- Oversaw flight paperwork distribution (manifests, load sheets, weight and balance) to pilots and flight attendants, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.- Acted as Ground Security Coordinator (GSC), supervising boarding and deboarding, including stair positioning and alignment of paperwork with passenger counts.- Proficient in GoNow and Skyspeed software for managing passenger and flight information.- Conducted security screenings using Evolv and Smiths Detection machines, ensuring baggage and cargo met safety standards before boarding.
