My goal is to contribute as an Effective listener and communicator that can translate concerns into positive action with people of all ages. I am notably skilled in verbal and written communication. Exceptional skill in organizational projects, caregiving duties, small/large group communication, public speaking, and conflict resolution.I also have field experience as a Resident Assistant working one-on-one with adults with disabilities. Working in the best interest of the clients is the main goal of working in the social services field. Working as a Behavioral Technician as well I used my skills to implement strategies for clients to better their fine motor skills.I continued to utilize my skills by being a Support Coordinator. As a Support Coordinator, I help consumers with disabilities help manage their budgets. I guide the different sources they can use to become more independent in the state of New Jersey. Reporting to the state any misguided or suspected abuse I might feel for my client. Being knowledgeable of the rights that my clients have ensures that they are well taken care of with mediation as needed. Doing a thorough investigation as needed to providers.I have experience working with larger crowds and maintaining order in a controlled setting from Resident assistant to Customer Service for the Eagles. My long-term goal is to further my education in the Social Services field by receiving a Master's in Social Work. I plan to use my education to help better the lives of individuals who need help speaking for themselves.
