Responsibilities: Calling customers following on the request regarding our products; Handling our online registration for our Exhibitions; Answering the phone taking down messages; Organizing events such as seminars road shows; Arranging stationary for the office; Liaising with our printing company for our posters.

Receiving purchase orders from customers and placing the orders with the factory; Conducting a quotation for the customers e.g. hospitals; Sending invoices to customers: Logistics of the orders that needs to be delivered to the hospitals and our other external customers; coordinates activities and exchanges of information between the company and the customer; To maintain the office telephone system and general office administration duties Managing client relationships with company by following up on complaints and queries

Organising travel logistics for staff members; Coordinates marketing programs or project planning and implementation, including assessing needs, setting goals; Establishes project work plan and calendar or schedules; monitors, reviews, and evaluates progress; Coordinates and attends meetings; establishes and maintains internal and external contacts as necessary; Serves as a communication liaison; acts as a resource person by performing research, analyzing information, providing documentation, and preparing reports; Verifies and analyses the accuracy of all data and information used or generated by project; resolves any discrepancies or problems; coordinates activities and exchanges of information; To maintain the office telephone system and general office administration duties Managing client relationships with company by following up on complaints and queries
