I am a self-motivated analytical chemist interested in project management and continuous improvement. I have extensive experience in mass spectrometry specifically for small molecule method development and validation, trace level metabolite identification and ambient ionization. As well in global agriculture regulatory policies. I have both people and project leadership experience through the leading of technical teams with global responsibilities, cross-functional/multi-disciplined R&D work groups and board memberships. I also have a passion for STEM education and outreach.
