I am Ayan Pathak, driven by a passion for solving real-world problems through technology, I’m currently the Chief Simulation Architect at Workverse, where we’re developing gamified workplace simulations to help young people gain essential skills and become more employable. Our mission is to bridge the skills gap in India by providing interactive, AI-powered experiences that prepare the next generation for the workforce.This role allows me to leverage my love for design, AI, and human-centered solutions to build impactful experiences that enhance employability and foster personal growth.My journey began with a passion for game development and design, where I saw firsthand how technology can create immersive, interactive experiences. This interest expanded into exploring how AI and other technologies could solve complex, real-world problems.Space has always captivated my imagination. The same spirit of innovation that drives space exploration inspires my approach to technology - pushing boundaries, solving seemingly impossible challenges, and dreaming big. Whether it's developing game mechanics or product solutions at Workverse, I'm driven by the potential to create something truly transformative. I love solving complex problems by bringing together talented people from different backgrounds.
