Working with UI/UX designers.Analysis of the market, audience, metrics after the release through Google and iOS Console and Firebase. Communication with users in reviews and via mail.Search for points of growth and development of the product, formation of the backlog and sprint backlog (prioritization of the backlog using RICE, decisions on key issues according to the product vision).Idea generation, hypothesis formation and testing.Elaboration of feature logic with developers, feature MVP to test hypotheses.Development of a landing page and improving its quality (conversions in C1).Monetization experiments and gamification of the project through the character and revarded video.Formation of a product vision, work on team motivation and direct contact with the stakeholder.ователями.
