Andy was responsible for all global functions and teams enabling the business including Online Support Ops, Program Management, Insights, Training, Quality, Knowledge Management, and Enterprise Technology and product teams. Prior to joining LinkedIn, Andy was the Global Director of Product Management and CX Enterprise Architecture for eBay. Andy’s responsibilities included ownership of all global internal agent facing apps, platforms, and technologies with respective product vision. As the Director of Enterprise CX Architecture at eBay, Andy had responsibility for creating and developing a Customer-centric strategy with an outlook spanning several years. Leveraging emerging industry trends shaping the commerce and Fortune 500 space, Andy’s technology roadmap encompassed key technologies and strategic capabilities that helped provided a plan for the future in helping eBay differentiate itself in the CX space.Prior to eBay, Andy spent more than 10 years at Accenture, a global management consulting firm. At Accenture, Andy led the Master Data Management (MDM) practice and was an advanced expert in enterprise business technology systems, solution and business architecture, business capabilities strategy, solution delivery, and was a highly respected innovation leader around the world.Andy Yasutake received a degree in Psychology from the University of Southern California and had an emphasis in Management Information Systems from USC’s Marshall School of Business
