I have grown for over 2 decades along with PTFE fluoropolymers and have been in all departments and applications of this polymer. Worked right from setting up a plant to building a brand in PTFE Industry, have successfully executed all facets for various companies.Began career with Technical Sales to Marketing, through to the Top Management by focus, sincerity, dedication, ownership and inspirational leading. Have gained experience in Sales, marketing, Product development, People Staffing, Technology development, Financial Budgeting, Revenue generation, CRM, Exports handling, Setting up offices abroad, Distributor identification and appointments in my journey with this one polymer. Hence, Consulting, Training, Machine building, Technology setup comes as an developed asset which can be shared with people keen to set up. With ideas to take train people and equip them with technical skill set and give back to the society, initiated a start up in processing Fluoro polymer facility. Objectives: Convert my Companies into Profit making Institutions run by Hardworking, Sincere and Dedicated People.Involvement with Engineering Industries like Fluoropolymer like PTFE, PVDF, PFA, PP and On site Fabrications of SS and MS Piping, Tanks, Valves for Projects.Polymer Industry experience:- Associated with the PTFE Industry for 20 yrs now.- Have headed the PTFE / PFA Lined piping and fittings division as Global Business Head for 10 yrs with Duflon Industries Pvt Ltd.- Started this division from scratch to getting it to a Profit making level.- Set up the entire anti-corrosion Product line within the Domestic markets and spread it thru the Global markets - was responsible for the Product Development, Product Quality and Product Marketing.- Core competency and Expertise in PTFE fluoro polymer in both key areas of Technical and Commercial aspects.(2) Moved on to set up own manufacturing set up with FAAB INDUSTRIES and have been servicing customers by offering solutions to their corrosion problems.
