Health)• Developing and maintaining the relationship with Brokers• Increasing the penetration of business from these Brokers• Managing of a team of Sales executives

• Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, will play a key part in leading the underwriting discipline within the Bancassurance channel, maintaining and developing profitable business, utilizing both advanced trading and technical skills• Managing of a team of underwriters including Property and Engineering• Acting as a referral point to team of underwriters• Risk selection, classification, rating and policy selection• Involving in policy wordings and amendments• Analyzing quarter and monthly financial reports• Dealing with Bancassurance referrals on all Property and Engineering matters• Developing the products within targeted segments • Acting as senior underwriting authority holder for the region
