A pilot goods acceptance section was built in Kartal store, setting an example for +100 store. Meetings were held with suppliers to solve barcode problems.-KPI follow-ups, profit/loss, departmental product sales reports were prepared, which were reported to the store manager on a weekly basis. Lost/damaged product reports were made on a monthly basis.-During the support process of the store management team, the tasks of opening and closing stores and shift supervisor were performed in Sisli store (Second biggest store).-Weekly retail brochures and campaigns were followed up within the scope of the Market and Competitor Firms Insert Tracking project.
