Aybüke is a project management specialist who has led and executed various grant projects in different organizations. She has worked at Sabancı University, Eskisehir Osmangazi University, the United Nations Population Fund, Altınbaş University, and Istanbul Şehir University Center for Modern Turkish Studies. Aybüke holds a Master of Arts in Modern Turkish Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations. She has extensive volunteer experience with The Duke of Edinburgh's International Award - Turkey and currently serves as an Emerging Leader Representative for The Duke of Edinburgh's International Award Foundation. Additionally, she volunteers for the ESOGU & United Nations Population Fund's Women and Girls Safe Space Project and Turkish Red Crescent Eskisehir City Branch.
