-Managing day-to-day operations and processes within the Scoober (Couriers) fleet in Amsterdam of 700 drivers, and oversee a team of approximately 90 drivers.-Acting as the primary point of contact for couriers, providing guidance, assistance, and addressing inquiries and challenges promptly.-Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with the courier team, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.-Assisting couriers in their onboarding process, providing comprehensive training and guidance to ensure smooth integration into the team.-Conducting regular feedback meetings with couriers, identifying areas for improvement and driving opportunities to enhance performance and efficiency.-Ensuring the reliability of the courier team by proactively identifying and implementing solutions to address operational challenges and bottlenecks.-Collaborating closely with site management and City Operations Manager, providing regular updates on fleet performance, challenges, and potential areas for improvement.-Playing a pivotal role in the development and refinement of operations and processes within the hub, contributing to their continuous enhancement.

-Led and executed 15 projects consisting of “The Scientific and Technological Research Council Of Turkey” grant projects, European Union grant projects, the United Nations grant projects, and public/private commercial projects with our academicians totaling 10 M Turkish Lira in value,-Ensured that the projects are carried out in accordance with the contract conditions and the project management principles of the university and in line with the provisions of the financing institutions,-Managed the projects’ indirect cost and corporate share processes, prepared administrative and financial reports, activity, progress, closing, and audit reports for projects, and executed the processes related to the audits that the projects are subject to,-Assisted the university’s other department’s project closure reports.

-Led and directed 9 cross-functional project staff members to deliver services for over 10.000 immigrant women and girls within a $200k yearly budget.-Ensured the project finance was carried out and held accordingly by preparing monthly reports to UNFPA with the ATLAS tool.-Wrote monthly narrative reports of carried activities to UNFPA and ESOGÜ,-Planned activities, awareness sessions, workshops, and field visits to be given to beneficiaries within the project framework.-Developed in-house online systems (for beneficiary registries, given services, given products, etc.) to stop data loss, control the service numbers, and tackling on giving double services,-Created and edited paper bulletin, social media materials, and podcast materials to reach target groups from different channels.

As an Erasmus Assistant Specialist, I was responsible for the following tasks:-Within the scope of Erasmus and Bilateral Exchange Programs, I organized in-house processes for students/faculty/administrative staff who will go abroad and come from abroad,-The participants in the mobility were supported during the exchange periods, the necessary documents were prepared and the process was followed,- Making reports and booklets, preparing statistical data, and recording the necessary information,- Text and materials were prepared for the announcements, the web page was updated.
