• The professional accomplishment I’m most proud of is playing an important role in valuation and incorporation process during the establishment of TV+, Lifebox, Fizy and BİP which became five companies under Turkcell Digital Services. • Responsible of these Digital Services Companies for preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly and yearly financials in accordance with CMB and IFRS Standards.• Responsible for preparing management reports that analyses and explains the variances between financial records, and budget and also Business Review presentations to the D-C Level Management in order to track financial performance in an efficient and effective way.• Establishes and performs an effective cash flow management.• Collaborates with Treasury and Tax Teams on impactful issues (dividend payment, cash flow related bank positions, key assumptions, risk outlook, going concern issues).• Strong ability for team management and leadership, passion and proven ability to build, lead and manage diverse and multi-functional teams via growing capabilities and creating team culture and acting as role model by leading by example.

• Responsible for Controlling activities of Turkcell Digital Services known as TV+, Lifebox, Fizy, and BİP by conducting monthly analysis and ensuring that all key figures are appropriate with Annual Operating Plans (AOP), forecasts, prior month and prior year figures. • Preparing monthly actual results in accordance with IFRS Standards and Turkcell Group Accounting Guidelines.• Providing decision support for all types of commercial activities as well as new products by performing feasibility analyses and business plans with reference to tax and other regulatory terms. • Conducting post commercial activity reviews to measure achievement of projects compared with approved business plan.

• Responsible of international and regional Turkcell Group subsidiaries for monitoring and assessing financial statements in accordance with Turkcell Group Accounting Manual and actively participated in BOD reporting of these group companies. • Monitoring and assessing key process and metrics to ensure end to end process effectiveness and establishing financial processes in accordance with Turkcell Group Internal Processes highly insisting on Belarusian Telecommunication Fixed Asset cycle.

• Worked for EnerjiSA Electricity Generation Company, a JV between Turkey’s Sabanci Group and Germany’s E.ON, and acquired extensive level of knowledge and understanding of energy sector via various finance duties. • I am most proud of when I highly contributed to the successful implementation of Hyperion Budget Module project of EnerjiSA.

• Worked in different engagements reviewing audited financial records compliant with IFRS and CMB standards, led detailed data analysis and monitored implementation of internal controls, gained in-depth knowledge in various sectors from FMCG to retail and construction to manufacturing during three years. • The professional accomplishment I’m most proud of is executing a thorough and efficient audit of Ülker Çikolata during Godiva Acquisition.
