About Ayça Balaban

I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Koç University in 2016. I specialized on "Entrepreneurship"&"Marketing" fields as a result of completing University track programs. Although I focus on marketing, I wanted to learn the workflow of other departments as accounting and finance by having short- and long-term internships.Currently, I’m working as Senior Client Success Manager. I have been working in digital media field since 2017. The reason that I have passion to build multi platform strategies for supporting my clients' growth and success, I'm specialized on top tier/large scale client's multi platform account management-strategy&development. Additionally, I have effective communication, analyzing, idea development, creative writing and coaching skills.I have been working as Client Success Manager in Genart Media since July 2019. With this experience, I've been involved in the multi-platform management. I build strategies to get my clients' to have effective performance on Criteo platform. Before attending Criteo Team, I've been involved in Twitter and TikTok account management and development process. Working with local and global brands for campaign setups and optimization period. Creating campaign trees and having optimization suggestions and giving targeting solutions. Controlling clients' ad accounts to observe campaign KPIs’ and preparing performance reports as QBRS. Creating app&web based performance campaigns and organizing dashboard trainings. Tracking / Preparing key clients’ cross platforms competitor analysis to activate by our platforms.I worked as a Jr. As Digital Media Planner in Carat Media for a year. I have been involved in all social media and digital campaign management processes of Coca-Cola&Burn Energy brands. It was a great opportunity to be in part of client specific account planning and management. I created digital campaigns, worked for tracking and reporting phase, prepared competitor analysis and weekly-monthly campaign-based reports. I actively created campaigns via Facebook Business Manager, DCM, AdWords and used other online media channels to activate campaign setups.I earned Digital and Social Media Specialist Certificate, after I attended İTÜ Mindset Digital Media Program and completing Google and FB certifications. I have Criteo, X(Twitter), Snapchat and Pinterest ads certificates. Additionally, I have ACSTH and ACTP certificates to work as Professional Coach after I attended trainings from MB Academy.
