As a Senior Software Developer at Fibabanka, I have developed two AI-powered chatbots leveraging OpenAI services to streamline internal information access and enhance team efficiency.FiGen: Designed for IT teams, FiGen addresses frequently asked questions by consolidating data from various sources, including Confluence, SharePoint, and internal documentation. I integrated Python scripts to regularly update the chatbot’s training data with organizational structure, release schedules, and crisis management docs, ensuring accurate and timely responses.Wiser: Developed as a support tool for HR, Wiser provides employees with instant access to information on benefits, leave policies, promotion processes, and more. The chatbot is continually trained with current data through integrations with SharePoint and Trello, which allow it to pull the latest procedures, announcements, and updates. This ensures that Wiser remains a reliable, up-to-date resource for employees, significantly reducing routine HR inquiries and improving accessibility to essential HR information.
