My personal and professional experiences have taught me a lot.I am a professional with over 19 years experience in Aviation. After experiencing managerial positions on crew management, currently I am working as Performance Manager, leading over 1300 crew members.As a Performance Manager, my mission is to drive individual and team performance to achieve organizational success.
