My roles and responsibilities will include:-Ensuring all training equipment is at the training venue set up and ready for when the team arrives.- Working closely each day with other youth team staff to create an ideal environment at training and games. - Managing volunteers to ensure all processes are followed and all jobs are completed.- Liasing on a daily basis with the first team kit and equipment manager which allows a smooth operation of the kit and equipment department throughout the club.- Communicating directly with the youth team head coach for the weekend match day squad.- Packing all kit and equipment for each game home and away; which includes match kit and hydration.- Setting up of changeroom on match day.- Filling in official team sheets which are handed to the match officials prior to the game.- Communicating with other staff on game day to ensure all gear leaves the match venue.- Being ready for any situation that may arise on game day for players, staff or any stakeholder at a Brisbane Roar Youth game. - Always thinking and planning ahead for players needs and working under initiative.
