Working in cultivation, my main duties consist of breaking down and trimming plant material, sorting out any spoiled materials, packaging product for sale, and keeping a sterile work environment. In this position I must maintain great attention to detail, as well as self-discipline to ensure I meet personal and professional quotas.

As a veterinary assistant I performed duties such as assisting doctors during exams, using appropriate restraint as needed, administering vaccines and medication, performing blood draws, communicating with staff and clients, and data entry for medical or billing records.

As the manager of a daycare and boarding facility my primary responsibilities included overseeing day-to-day operations and rotations, creating employee schedules, managing company social media, and communicating as needed with clients. Additionally, I would make necessary repairs or changes to the facility to maintain animal safety.

As a small/odd job contractor, I workedon various types of jobs, such as moving furniture, interior and exterior painting, cleaning, junk removal, landscaping, organizing belongings, etc. I was able to build various skills such as client communication, critical thinking, and problem solving.

During my time with ABS I was responsible for entering new patient data for clients, submitting billing information to the appropriate insurance companies, and following up on any inquiries from all parties involved in the billing process. I would communicate via email or phone call as necessary with clients, their patients, and/or various insurance companies to resolve any issues or answer any questions.Note: This job was held during the summer between college semesters.
