I worked on unofficial and official visits during game days at Martin Stadium in Pullman, Washington, where I would direct recruits and their families on tours, set up tabling and sign-ups for visitation, and spoke to recruits in person for recruitment purposes.Scouting:I learned to and currently use ARMS and HUDL for the purpose of creating and editing big boards for Washington State Football as well as watching film and creating cut-ups for athletes to assess myself and pass along to the scouts and coaches in the office. Currently, I am working on transfer portal-related projects as the off-season is nearing its beginning here in a couple of weeks, with the portal officially opening up to student-athletes next week. I assisted the athletics staff in a variety of day-to-day activities and miscellaneous work. I was at the facility at 6:30 am to set up the field for summer practice and training camp, fill up hydration canisters for the athletes, and receive the practice plan for the day to help with filming different angles and positions of practice. I worked in a variety of roles that transcended my original job description. It started out by just carrying soil and other heavier objects (ranging between 50-200 lbs) out of the store for customers. Eventually, I grew to operate cash registers, operate heavy machinery (forklift and jacks), via a license that I earned at the company, and I built and installed different products while on multiple deliveries.
