• Work with Fee Earner(s) to identify appropriate target firms and construct the search strategy to be undertaken.• Utilise in-house CRM system, LinkedIn, external databases, social media, sourcing calls and the Internet to generate suitable candidates and market intelligence for each assignment.• Continually expanding, updating, and improving the existing candidate pool.• Actively head-hunt relevant candidates, conducting initial telephone interviews with interested candidates.• Assess and qualify candidates with the right skills and ensure they are fit for interview by the Consultant.• Provide feedback to Consultants with details of interested candidates, outlining their relevant experience and motivations.• Standing down candidates in a manner ensuring future approaches will be welcomed and valued.
