Sweden -China - Mexico- Spain and Turkey.• Assurance of timely task completion in accordance to overall project goals (budget, quality, schedule).• Setup of project (Resources, Team, Schedule, Budget). • Synchronization of project work with related projects or cooperation partners, transferring project targets, technical requirements to core team.• Definition of work packages and assurance of timely completion trough delegation to project team members and continuous monitoring of progress.• Continuous coordination of project progress, goals and strategic orientation with project sponsors and project team.• Reporting project status, escalation of critical issues in case of deviations from project target (budget, quality, schedule) in steering committee and review meetings.• Driver of Engineering Changes. • Monitoring project profitability from RFQ to Serial production.

Also Oerlikon is the distrubitor of Panasonic Welding Robots inTurkey.*Designing fixtures, jigs and special machines. * Creating 2D drawings for production. * Determining the process orders for production, if needed arranging sub-supply for material processing. * Defining the production methods.* Research new technologies and production methods.* Prepairing machine user guides. * Set and moderate meetings with production team for production efficiency.

• Managing all production activities and planning.
