Led a 30+ person cross functional effort to grow and expand Uber's multi-billion Dollar premium rides business. Relaunched Uber Black with a new focus on quality and introduced Uber Comfort. Founded Uber Reserve laying the foundation for the company to pursue multiple high profit margin transportation segments, including limousine service.

Founded and launched Facebook Analytics, an event based analytics platform that leveraged Facebook data to help businesses measure customer activity, conversion, and retention across platforms while protecting consumer privacy. The tool was adopted by over 100k apps within a year of launch and has since been used by millions of applications around the world. Founded and launched a multi-touch attribution product that went on to measure over 10% of Facebook advertising results.

Quollective was a free mobile app that let you capture, style and share quotes. Quollective combined words with art, to provide a beautiful medium to capture and share insights and words of wisdom to share on social media.

Designed new concepts for user engagement & feed relevance utilizing a distributed infrastructure for Salesforce' enterprise social network, Chatter.com. Led an effort to optimize Chatter emails for mobile devices to improve user engagement.

Enterprise SaaS solution to manage weekly progress reports and recurring communications. Thinkfuse reached 10,000 users at over 500 companies, ranging from Amazon, Microsoft, and Bloomberg, to leading edge startups, investors, and accelerators like Getaround, True Ventures, and TechStars. Raised $520,000 funding from prominent angel investors including SV Angel, Founders Coop, Hadi & Ali Partovi, and Scott Banister. Launched at TechCrunch Disrupt 2011, sold to Saleforce.com in 2012.

iLike was acquired by MySpace as part of an effort to revive the MySpace brand. While there, I was part of a team that launched an events platform and mobile application that allowed artists to manage and promote their concerts, and fans to discover shows.

Took iLike from launch to over 60 million users in two years, and disrupted the music industry through a multi-platform application that allowed fans and musicians to interact. Managed UX and growth strategy for apps on the web, Facebook, iTunes, and Open Social, and later built a $3 million/year ad business from the ground up. My claims-to-fame include massively successful marketing campaigns for artists like Lady Antebellum, Jason Mraz, and Keith Urban, culminating in a first-of-its-kind ad campaign for U2’s world tour, driving 312,000 ticket sales in two days.
