Senior Project Manager experienced in the structural analysis and design of new structures including residential, retail, office, and school buildings, wastewater treatment facilities, parking garages, transit and power facilities. Substantial experience in collapse investigations, structural stability issues, damage assessments, seismic vulnerability assessments, site surveys, field inspections, and retrofit of numerous types of existing structures. Actively participates in all stages of projects including schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration including review of calculations, shop drawings and answering RFIs. Hands-on experience in the design of a wide variety of structural systems including reinforced-concrete, steel, timber, masonry, and post-tensioned construction. Vast experience in managing and mentoring a group of junior structural engineers during project execution. Very proficient in many structural software programs including RAM, SAP2000, ETABS, SAFE, PCA, ADAPT, Nonspec, Nonlin, Response2000, TEDDS, Enercalc, and other supportive software such as Mathcad, AutoCAD, BIM and Bluebeam.Project management responsibilities include managing proposal, planning, design and construction phase services with budget, scope and schedule monitoring, and client/vendor interactions for multi-disciplinary design-bid-build and design-build projects. Responsible for the successful execution of the projects from inception to the completion. Strong experience in client interactions, leading design team meetings, project execution and engineering efforts even with a geographically dispersed team.
