• Developing Health and Safety Management System implementation in all units,
• Representing the company in internal/external audits related to Health and Safety issues,
• Determining and following the performance targets, prepare internal/external reports and Health and Safety roadmap according to the sustainability strategies,
• Monitoring the incidents/accidents, preparing the statistics, making investigations for the accidents, determine the causes, planning preventive/corrective action and reporting,
• Lead the risk management processes and guide to determine safe working methods,

Erzincan /Turkey

• Coordinate, teach, and maintain for all educational programs related to critical and general occupational safety trainings, including: Working at Height and Fall Protection Procedure, Personal Protective Equipment.
• Maintain Fire Response, Haz-Mat, Confined Space and Height Platform Rescue trainings for site Emergency Response Team members,
• Organize and maintain short visitor and contractor health & safety inductions to assure Company Health & Safety standards are upheld and all personnel within the plant are able to operate in a safe manner,
• Review and update all training programs to ensure all Turkish Occupational Health and Safety Laws and Company Health & Safety program requirements are met or exceeded,
• Participate and lead incident/accident investigation
• Perform site safety inspections

Erzincan, Turkey "TANAP LOT 2, Spread 3"​

• Identifiying required sources,
• Develope training plan, programmes and other related documents,
• Ensure the training meets company and client requirements, provincial legislation, and industry best practice,
• Preparing & Conducting trainings for both white and blue collar. (Including management and VIP Visitors),
• Continuously update training materials for existing courses and manage the development of new material when necessary, including working with subject matter experts and other trainers,
