* Cost estimation, preparing of specification for the tender and document of the project bill of quantity for building service and factory. * Design and calculation for cable raceway (Ladder, Tray, etc…) to get actual size for project. * Develop and collaborate in Building Information Modelling (BIM) using Revit software, generate and edit AutoCAD 2D Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) engineering drawings for submission, adhering to established specifications and standards. * Supervise and check subcontractor’s works at site according to design drawings, specifications, shop drawings, method of statement and local codes and regulations. * Coordinate with sub-contractors and consultants on preparation and submission of shop drawings and material/samples. * Prepare weekly work schedules and documents. * Attend coordination meeting the installation standards of client on site and follow up actions. * Work closely with engineer team to ensure project handover is carried out for execution phase if and when required.
