Major Responsibilities:• To manage all the aspect of assign property and oversee the operation and building functions.• Responsible for maintaining the property and premises then increasing their value.• Also to maintain the positive and productive a long term relationship with owners, residents and tenants. • To keep improving, maintaining and managing the Estate area in a safe, efficient and sustainable manner. • Creative, intuitive thinking and problem solving.• Manage and handle Customer Service Dept:, Sport & Recreation Dept:, Landscaping Dept: • Overview S&R revenue and operation cost • Provides leadership, motivation and mentorship to the teams.• Inspect and handle handover process from Project Management to Estate Management and from EM to owners.• Organize monthly inspection of commercial tenant/ forth nightly building inspection.• Plan, manage, control and implement the annual EM operation budget to guarantee that financial and operational resources are optimized. • Review and comment renovation application forms & drawing from owner/contractors.• To comply with all Company rules, regulations, policies, procedures and processes. • Adheres to legal, environmental and health and safety requirements while ensuring the safety and security of people, vehicles and property at all times, reporting any known faults or hazards • To carry out all other tasks delegated by immediate superior, may not be within the scope of this job description, which is deemed to be within the ability of the employee. • Maintenance – Maintaining the properties by inspecting the unit/ buildings and maintain the properties before damaging
