Duties and Responsibilities,* Provide technical support POS(point of sales), hardware and software, operating systems, related security configurations, and ongoing operational procedures; * Installing, Configuring and Customizing POS System and ERP software on back-end and frontend as Emenu, Ewaiter, CRM, CXM, KDS, Inventory and Web Order on mobile)* Troubleshooting any hardware and network (POS, printers, and AP setting).* Perform onsite and remote support activity to solve POS functionality issues and ensure proper operation.* Production support of some software issues, window issues and user errors, this may include after hours or weekend or both on-call support.* Testing and configuring during development phase as per organizational guideline.* Provides new user scheduling system training and orientation to the system overview, provider formal and informal training as needed.* Convince customers and explain about all the product modules that are supported by Company.* Supporting, configuring many POS stations. (Included Food Count and the whole Myanmar Yangon airport)

Yangon

Duties and Responsibilities,* Provide POS, ERP and Desktop support.* Troubleshoot and resolve window issues, POS component issues, application and Network.* Prepare menus and POS setup likes discounts, promotion, tender, report authorization users, table and other functions as needed.* Training to waiters, cashiers, managers and office staffs for POS software, how to use point of sales (POS) operation with computerize POS system* Installing Configuring and Customizing printers.* Maintain and update reports and provide requirements to the accounting department.* Provide Hand-on and remote support on all outlets

Duties and Responsibilities,* Managed all project and web strategic planning for marketing and web development team.* Transform client business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients’ needs.* Works with developers to investigate and resolve customer reported problems and provides interim testing support for experimental software* Involved in functional testing, development of test cases, executing test cases and parallel testing* Installing, Configuring and Customizing POS System on back-end(server and workstations)and frontend ( mPOS )* Installing, configuring and customizing printer, scanner (Hardware include Hisense, NEC, VTop, etc.)* Prepare detailed work estimates for testing performed* Perform onsite and remote support activity to solve POS functionality issues and ensure proper operation.* Collaborated with support team to assist client stakeholders with emergent technical issues and develop effective solutions
