The IDMS project is a database system on a MS SQL Server 2008 that tracks the stages of a complaint throughout its lifetime. The Investigations Data Management System (IDMS) allows the Office of the Inspector General (OIG) to receive and process allegations of violations of criminal, civil, or administrative laws and regulations relating to DHS employees, contractors and other individuals and entities associated with the DHS. IDMS also allows the OIG to manage information provided during the course of such investigations and, in the process, to facilitate its management of investigations. Through the IDMS, the OIG can create a record showing the disposition of allegations; track actions taken by DHS management regarding misconduct; track legal actions taken after referrals to the United States Department of Justice for prosecution; provide a system for creating reporting statistical information; and track OIG investigators' firearms qualification records and government property records.

The RMT-Mobile portal is designed to allow the widest range of devices possible to have access to a critical subset of functionality within the Resource Management Tool. The Quality Performance Management System (QPMS) serves as a tool for managing the data entry, analysis, and reporting of performance information for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Flight Services Information Area Group. QPMS acts as a central repository of performance information, provides FAA management with up-to-date performance data, and generates reports and trend analysis for the Quality Assurance (QA) personnel. Active Server Page Dot NET technology is used to create dynamic reporting for the system in order to move away from the batch driven OLAP cubes. The ASP.NET application provides information for the Raw Data Report and the Duplicate Entry Report and is in the process to replace all instances of OLAP cubes.

Visible Intermodal Prevention and Response (VIPR) Information Management SystemWorked as the team lead of the VIMS application, The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) uses Visible Intermodal Prevention and Response (VIPR) teams to enhance security on mass transit systems nationwide. VIPR teams, which consist of integrated TSA assets, work with Federal, state and local law enforcement officials to augment existing security resources to detect and deter potential terrorist activities. The TSA Joint Coordination Center (JCC), supervised by the Office of Law Enforcement/Federal Air Marshal Service (OLE/FAMS), is the nationwide coordination and logistics center for all VIPR operations. The TSA JCC uses Visible Intermodal Prevention and Response Information Management System (VIMS), a standard, secure national system, to manage VIPR operation data. VIMS streamlines mission-critical data entry needs, eliminates redundant processes, reduces paperwork and strengthens the focus on the mission.

Performance Measurement Information System (PMIS) Worked as the team lead of the PMIS Application, PMIS is a tool the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) uses to capture and analyze daily, operational information to achieve performance goals. PMIS measures and closely monitors performances at individual airports, as well as TSA Headquarters. Since its inception in April 2002, this mission critical system provides TSA the information necessary to effectively manage aviation security operations, meet reporting requirements and support strategic planning. With over 12,000 active PMIS users in all 50 states and the territories, PMIS supports its large user base through data capture and consolidation, quality assurance, reporting and support capabilities. Capturing information to foster continuous performance improvement remains a primary system objective.

Defense Casualty Information Processing System. Designed and developed an n-tier object oriented application in C# and ASP.NET for the US Military to track casualties and deaths in all theatres. Developed patterns for all tiers including data access, business, and GUI; trained team developers in the architecture as well as in advanced object oriented concepts.

Designed and developed a web based application for the Office of Workforce and Professional Development. The application gathers information for three different forms and it lets the administrator, search and edit, delete and update information on any of this forms. The application uses SQL server database and stored procedures. Developed a web based interface for control of computers. The application provides information for more than one thousand computers that need to be distributed through all D.C. public schools. It includes administration and editing of computer and user information. It uses SQL Server 2000 database as the back-end information repository, and ASP.NET client validation and formatting. Developed a web based school boundary information system. This application identifies which District of Columbia public school serves a particular address. It uses a database extracted from a GIS system residing on an SQL database platform. Client validation implemented using Classic ASP and JavaScript. Developed a web based reporting tool. The reporting tool would gather data from various SQL tables previously filled with student information, and being transformed and transmitted through Orchestrator a middleware application. Users can view reports generated by the application on errors found on the transfer of such data.
