As a project manager, it has always been an enjoyable challenge to recruit for the peace/moderate camp in my country; it takes a lot of time, effort and dedication above all, especially in a troubled area like occupied Palestine.

My responsibilities include: - Developing concept notes and writing proposals, - Project Management (monitoring operations, procurement and financials in accordance with the PPC-GI's in-law and the bilateral agreement signed with the donor),- Developing the annual operation plan,- Identifying risks and highlighting optimal solutions and procedural changes to overcome them,- Developing LOG frame and sitting indicators,- Communicating with donors and attending meetings, capacity building seminars and round-tables related to the implementation of the project,- Monitoring the progress of activities' implementation and evaluating the results in relation to the objectives and indicators,- Networking and cooperating with other CSOs for joint operations,- Supervising the teams working in the field.
