• Ensure the products’ loading process on sales trucks is in the correct quantity, quality, and time• Ensure the proper procedures for storing and managing products in the warehouses, maintaining their safety and quality from receipt until issuance.• Implementation of the First in, First Out concept (FIFO).• Organize receiving the finished goods from the plant to keep enough stock.• Ensure HSE and quality regulations are followed up in all processing. • Prepare daily and weekly reports regarding the stocks in the warehouse (Finished Goods, near-expiry products)• Manage the rejected products efficiently (damaged/expired).• Facilitate and conduct end-of-month stock checks. Reconciliation of stocks to be conducted in liaison with Finance dept. • Supervised all warehouse activities to minimize damage and maximize workforce and warehouse storage space utilization.• Manage 13 warehouses across the central and northern Regions of Saudi Arabia in addition to the plant warehouse, with total manpower in all warehouses is over 150 employees.

• Led warehouse improvement initiatives to advance operational efficiencies.• Picked up incoming stock and delivered materials to designated locations.• Enter and verify all operations transactions in the system to maintain updated and accurate inventory records of materials.• Check production schedules and orders from inventory control for proper planning, scheduling, and allocating work as required.• Effect timely and accurate issuance of dispensed materials to eliminate production downtimes or delays and mistakes.• Perform periodic checking of inventory balances and end-of-material lot reconciliation to eliminate, if not minimize, inventory discrepancies.• Supervise the activities of printing logos and labels.

• Work as a production operator in the packaging and manufacturing department.• Supported Chief Operating Officer with daily operational functions.

• Operation of a Gas compressor unit in the petrochemical plant.
